| Soon its monday again! Monday blue and going to have exam in e afternoon. Sigh, going to have 24 oral questions and 2 role plays for customer service. FAINT~ Went to 2 days course regarding the exam. It's at Asscot. Actually is a nice course. Its interesting and we had fun together. There is ppl from penisular Excelsor, Grand park orchard and Grand park Cityhall which i from. Get to knw each other n they all is a very nice person from all diff depn. Great speaker and manage to let each of us comfortable with each other. We even took pics but sadly without the speaker. wanted to bring my own camera but i forgotten. Sigh~ Wish me all the best for the exam!!! |
